창세기 1장의 현대적 해석에 의한 “알파 창조론”(논문: 연재1)

“Alpha Creationism” by modern Interpretation of Genesis 1

 

[초록]

이 논문은 우주와 지구 생명의 기원을 이해하기 위해 창세기 1장을 연구한 것이다. 히브리인들은 창세기 1장이 하나님의 영이 모세에게 하나님의 말씀을 듣게 하고, 이상으로 하나님의 창조의 진행 상황을 보고 서술하게 하셨다고 믿었다. 히브리 혈통의 현대 유대인과 기독교인들은 그것을 역사적 사실로 믿고 그것을 창조 톨레도트(Creation Toledot)라고 부른다. 그것은 유대교와 기독교의 종교적 신앙의 기초를 형성한다. 그러나 창조 톨레도트의 전통적 문자주의 해석에는 현대의 과학적 사실과 맞지 않는 부분이 몇 가지 있다. 

더욱이 다윈의 진화론과 공산주의의 유물론이 결합하여 과학적 무신론이 출현한 이후 현대사회에서 하나님과 그의 피조물은 점점 더 부정되고 있다. 창조 톨레도트가 거부되면 기독교는 창조주 하나님에 대한 믿음의 근거를 잃게 된다. 그렇다면 현대 기독교 창조론과 과학적 무신론의 갈등은 불가피하다.

이 글의 목적은 현대 기독교인의 관점에서 히브리어 성경의 Creation Toledot를 올바르게 이해하고 갈등의 원인과 그것을 극복하는 단서를 찾는 것이다. 나는 이 논문을 "알파 창조론"이라고 부른다. "알파 창조론"은 창세기의 창조 톨레도트(1:1-31) 이외의 서술을 창조론의 자료로 간주하지 않기 때문에 논의에 포함하지 않는다.

 

[ABSTRACT] 

This paper is a study of Genesis 1 to understand the origin of life on Earth and the universe. The Hebrews believed that in Genesis 1, the Spirit of God caused Moses to hear the word of God and to see and describe the progress of God's creation in the ideal. Modern Jews and Christians of Hebrew descent believe it to be a historical fact and call it Creation Toledot. It forms the basis of the religious beliefs of Judaism and Christianity. However, the traditional literalist interpretation of Creation Toledot has some aspects that are not inconsistent with modern scientific facts.

Moreover, since Darwin's theory of evolution and communist materialism combined to produce scientific atheism, God and his creation are increasingly denied in modern society. If the Creation Toledot is rejected, Christianity loses its basis for belief in God the Creator. Then, the conflict between modern Christian creationism and scientific atheism is inevitable.

The purpose of this article is to correctly understand the Creation Toledot of the Hebrew Bible from the point of view of modern Christians, and to find the cause of conflict and clues to overcome it. I call this paper "Alpha Creationism". "Alpha Creationism" does not include statements outside the Creation Toledot of Genesis  in its discussion, because they are not considered the sources of creationism.
